Office 365 Convert a user mailbox to a shared mailbox

  1. From your preferred browser go to https://portal.office.com/adminportal/home
  2. Click on Active UsersOffice 365 Active Users
  3. Select the user whose mailbox you want to convert.
  4. On the user’s page, expand Mail Settings.
  5. Click Convert to shared mailbox
  6. Click Convert to complete the conversion.
