Outlook Signature folder location (Windows)
You have an HTML email signature that you have designed and you need to know where you should save it so that it shows up in outlook to add your new message
Quick shortcut to open the folder is to do the following: Copy this text %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Signatures in RUN
Hold the Windows key + R on your keyboard to open the RUN
Copy or type %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Signatures where it says open
Click on Ok
The signature folder will open, copy your Outlook HTML file in the folder.
